Greedfall 2 ids about top get bigger with news of a huge new content update,, coming today.
NACON and Spiders studio have announced that player pillaging the Dying World will have more to explore and new adventures coming their way with a huge content update to Greedfall 2. Originally opened up to players in 2024, the follow up to the ambitious original is currently in Early Access. Now players who picked up the title looking for a feel of this new world will get new quests, weapons, and region to travel.
Explore Olima, nicknamed the City of Stars in reference to the gigantic observatory overlooking it. Tour the port, keep an eye out for shady shenanigans or illegally enter homes of your own accord, and stumble through the city’s pubs, and try not to get into too much trouble with the locals. This new city seems to promise vibrant and bustling action among cobbled streets, but we shall soon see.
Players will also get a new companion. Safia, a renowned explorer, will join your party after completing a portion of the main story. Expect a new quest to accompany this, alongside buffs and combat capabilities to help you get through nay problematic moments.
The new update also promises a new player hub, a massively improved combat system and tons of fixes. This is Early Acces after all. Combat should now feel more dynamic and better suit weapons like the new, rifle, words, and more. His is just a sample of the content that’s coming but we’re hopeful. Steam Early Access reviews have been pretty rough for Greedfall 2, but the new patch is hopefully a big step on the road to making this everything we hope it can be when it launches.
