The developers from Krabworks Game Studios have presented a new gameplay trailer for the upcoming open-world RPG Hermit. The team presented a first look at magic mechanics and the combat system. So far, battles look rather dynamic, with a set of interesting spells that can affect play styles and strategy. While the release date of the game remains unknown, the developers already released a playable demo, available on Steam.
Hermit is a hardcore open-world action RPG set in a medieval fantasy world. The game follows an order of outcast mages exiled for their atrocities. Now they are being murdered, and players must explore the mainland to uncover the truth they left behind. On this journey, they won’t be alone. The main feature of the game is a donkey companion who follows the player and serves as an expanded inventory.
