Blizzard’s MOBA Heroes of the Storm got updated with another patch on July 29th. In addition to the latest round of bug fixes, the game received a balance update pass and some general changes.
Nexomania returns to the Nexus, so make a quick decision whose side you will support: Batalla Li LI or Mal’Gaucho Mal’ganis. The game also received updated Shop Bundles and Items as well as Homescreen and Startup Music.
Heroes of the Storm – July 29th Patch Changes Include:
- Knockback effects have been updated to be more consistent. Please check below for the Heroes that were affected.
- On death reveal duration on nearby units removed.
- Reduced the impact Roots have on Knockback effects.
- Catapults no longer give 1 experience.
- Fixed an issue that caused Vehicle Attacks to not consume Evasion charges.
- Dragon Shire
- Fixed an issue that caused the on-death knockback from Dragon Knight to move the target in the direction the target is moving when first applied.
- Fixed an issue that caused the on-death knockback from Dragon Knight to not knock all targets back an equal distance.
- Volskaya Foundry
- Fixed an issue that caused the on-death knockback from Triglav Protector to move the target in the direction the target is moving when first applied.
- Fixed an issue that caused the on-death knockback from Triglav Protector to not knock all targets back an equal distance.
- Alarak’s Level 1 Talent Overwhelming Power received a rework.
- Tyrael’s Level 4 Talent Bound By Law received a rework and had been moved to Level 16. Reciprocate (previously Level 7) is now Level 4 Talent, while Burning Halo (previously Level 16) has been moved to Level 7.
