IO Interactive and Epic Games have announced that the upcoming Hitman 3 will be an Epic Games Store exclusive release. The PC version of the game will only be available on the Epic Games Store for a year after which it will expand to include other digital platforms. The current release window is January 2021 with availability on other PC platforms being pushed to January 2022.
To celebrate the announcement, IO Interactive devs released a new trailer called The Thornbridge Mystery that showcases a new location somewhere in England. In addition, 2016’s HITMAN will be featured as a free giveaway on the Epic Games Store starting next week.
“There’s been a death at Thornbridge Manor.” Welcome to Dartmoor, England. HITMAN 3 takes players on a globetrotting adventure in January 2021.
