The developers of turn-based RPG Honkai: Star Rail are back with a new “Keeping Up…” video to introduce Trailblazers to the skills of Anaxa. The first Wind Erudition combo in the game, this 5-star character will work quite well with the Emanator of Erudition herself, The Herta. Especially considering his own trace Imperative Hiatus that provides buffs depending on how many Erudition characters there are in the ally team. However, when Anaxa is the only Erudition character on the team, his Critical Damage becomes enhanced, allowing you to run him as a DPS.
Despite being a scholar from the Grove of Epipany, he is quite opinionated and set in his ways, arguing against the Titans and the prophecy at every turn.
“According to unreliable sources, the real reason why Professor Anaxagoras dislikes being called “Anaxa” by students is because it sounds like “Ah, No Exit!” Professor Anaxagoras is concerned that this could create some negative psychological associations.”
Despite being a Pathstrider of Erudition, Anaxa is here to actively bury Silver Wolf even further. His Ultimate applies all seven Elemental Weaknesses to all enemies until the start of their turn, allowing you to dish out some impressive AoE-damage regardless of the Elemental composition of your party. Meanwhile, his Talent allows him to add a random weakness to targets with each attack.
When a target possesses enough Weaknesses, it will enter the Qualitative Disclosure state, allowing Anaxa to deal more damage to it. Note that his skill also deals extra damage when there are multiple targets on the field, truly marking him as an Erudition type character.
