Developer HoYoverse is back with the latest ‘Keeping Up with Star Rail’ video, introducing viewers to the abilities of Evernight, the newest 5-star Ice Remembrance character. She joins the roster in the first half of Version 3.6 alongside her signature Light Cone To Evernight’s Stars.
“Did you notice? There is a huge difference between March 7th and Evernight. Their selfie styles are radically unique from one another! March 7th’s selfies are cutesy and adorable, while Evernight’s are aloof and distant, putting barriers between her and other people. More terrifyingly, when I took a peek at March 7th’s photo album, there were lots of aloof-style photos inside. When these photos were taken… far before we even arrived at Amphoreus!”
According to Evernight, she embodies the forgotten past of March 7th—existing solely to protect her future. Evernight excels at fighting alongside memosprites. While she is in the team, she increases the CRIT DMG of all memosprites, and the more characters following the Path of Remembrance present, the greater the bonus becomes.
When Evernight summons her memosprite “Evey,” she gains “Memoria.” The more “Memoria” she accumulates, the higher Evey’s DMG grows. Once “Evey” reaches a certain stack count, “Evey” immediately takes action, dealing DMG to all enemies. Evernight’s Ultimate not only deals DMG to all enemies, but also places both herself and “Evey” into a special enhanced state known as “Darkest Riddle.” In this state, both of their DMG is increased. Furthermore, while in “Darkest Riddle,” using a Skill grants Evernight additional “Memoria,” further boosting Evey’s DMG.
