With Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.4 Special Program just around the corner, it’s time to take the first quick sneak peek at what comes after. Developer HoYoverse has taken to the offcial HoYoLAB page to reveal the first new character to arrive in the upcoming Version 2.5: meet Feixiao, the fierce and swift Xianzhou Yaoqing’s Merlin’s Claw and one of the Seven Arbiter-Generals. She is accompanied by the new Cauldron Master of the Luofu, Lingsha, and the latest 4-star, Shadow Guard Moze.
Feixiao – 5-star Wind/Hunt
“‘The Merlin’s Claw’ is what’s written in the books, and ‘The Great General’ is what people call me. The former sounds too formal, the latter too exaggerated. Neither suits me. I prefer my own title, the ‘Lacking General’ — lacking in worries, regrets, and rivals.”
Feixiao’s personality is said to be unrestrained and frank, dashing and straightforward. She is skilled in all forms of martial arts and has honed herself into a supreme weapon. She is widely adored by Xianzhou soldiers and civilians alike as “The Great General.”
However, she bears the burden of the Moon Rage affliction. If she were to hunt down all the abominations in her limited lifetime — Then the only enemy Feixiao has would be herself.

Lingsha – 5-star Fire/Abundance
It’s time for another healer Dragon Lady! Lingsha is the new Cauldron Master of the Xianzhou Luofu’s Alchemy Commission. An intelligent and quick-witted Vidyadhara healer. She has a sharp sense of smell and often uses this to diagnose illnesses, as well as utilizing incense to calm the minds of others. She is adept at dealing with complicated social relationships. Though she might be fuming inside, her expression would remain calm and serene.
“I am a Vidyadhara, born and raised on the Luofu, and I once studied the healing arts under the name of ‘Dan Zhu.’ But my master became bogged down in politics and was banished to a place far from home. I followed her there. Now that I’ve changed my name and come home, many complicated feelings have returned.”
Penacony already introduced a Fire Abundance unit, Gallagher. It will be interesting to see how much do the two have in common once HoYoverse is ready to reveal more of her kit. Also, bringing these cute totally-not-Yae-Miko bunnies into battle is a must!

Moze – 4-star Lightning/Hunt
In addition to the two new limited 5-stars, HoYo is back with another 4-star! Meet Moze, a reticent and silent Shadow Guard of the Yaoqing, who is always acting on his own. As an expert in intelligence services and other affairs that must remain obscure, Moze rarely shows himself before others. The moment he shows his true capacities is usually the moment for his enemies to face death.
He has a wealth of knowledge regarding methods of assassination and seems to have an extraordinary obsession with tidiness and cleanliness.
