Developer HoYoverse kicked off Honkai: Star Rail Version 4.3 Phase II, bringing in reruns of the long-awaited Amphoreus heroes Phainon (5-star Physical Destruction) and Cyrene (5-star Ice Remembrance).
If you are not quite taken with the Elation meta or the upcoming Fate Stay Night collab and Himeko Nova, these banners give you a great opportunity to empower your Amphoreus parties by pulling extra copies or signature Light Cones. It’s getting harder and harder for Phainon to deal with endgame at E0, while Cyrene E2 will certainly give a push to any damage dealer: Aglaea, Anaxa, Mydei, Castorice and/or Evernight, and so on.
