Having announced Version 3.4 special program, developer HoYoverse is back to teasing what comes beyond. The first on the list of V3.5 characters is Hysilens, the Chrysos Heir of the Ocean who took part in the very first Flame-Chase Journey of this Era alongside Empress Cerydra.
She is a fierce warrior known as the Banner of Blades, who killed over 60,000 soldiers in a single battle for Okhema. With the blood soaking her clothes, terrified people considered her to be a demon. But the one that held everyone in an iron fist is actually Cerydra, the newest 5-star Wind Harmony.
Hysilens – 5-star Physical Nihility

In case you haven’t played much Divergent Universe lately, Hysilens’ Golden Blood boon is centered around DoT-damage. While it is not yet confirmed her gameplay will focus on damage over time, so far the Chrysos Heirs’ gameplay has been relatively consistent with their Boons (the biggest stretches would be Anaxa and Cipher, but even there is a resemblance).
Add in Kafka’s buff arriving in the upcoming V3.4, and could we be looking at the return to the meta? Do you think Acheron mains will have a meltdown again? Stay tuned to find out!

Cerydra – 5-star Wind Harmony
The newest addition to the support roster is the Chessmaster Monarch, Cerydra – the latest Harmony unit in the game.
The Northern Empire, a lost dynasty, where frozen lands burn with ambitions of conquest. Sovereign Cerydra, Chrysos Heir who wields the Coreflame of “Law”, you shall set your pieces, challenge the gods, pass judgment upon the faithless, and carve the path of Flame-Chase into the fate of this world.

“‘Flamebearer,’ ‘Tyrant,’ ‘Empress,’ ‘Supreme Commander,’ ‘Imperator’… The world has given me countless titles, but you may simply call me by my true name — Cerydra.”
Cerydra’s Golden Boon is all about buffing one target, the first in your party. Does that imply she will have busted single-target buffs, Sunday style? What about Action Advance? Crits? Res Pen? DMG%? Can she play with all the usual hypercarries, or is she quite niche? Stay tuned to find out!
