The travel to Penacony in Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.0 is almost upon us! To prepare players for the upcoming adventure, developer HoYoverse shared the promotion cartoon that you can find above. Previously, the developers have already introduced players to a cast of new villains and a couple of new heroes.
“Who could have thought that a place like this could exist amidst the vast, scintillating heavens: The people here have closed their eyes, but none are asleep even with the striking of midnight. In the splendor of this city, things of material value are little more than dirt. Beloved guests, welcome to Penacony! Follow your amusing guide, Clockie, and embark with us upon this incomparable planet woven from the fabric of dreams!”
At the moment, the game is going through Version 1.6 Phase 2, the last patch before it’s time to spread your wings and venture to Penacony. Trailblazers also get a chance to invite a free limited 5-star Dr. Ratio to join their ranks between now and Version 2.1. All you have to do is progress through the game enough to unlock the Mail feature. The current version will be running through February 6th, so there is still plenty of time to do that if you haven’t yet.
Last but not least, the devs have also revealed the premiere date of the next special program! It will be dedicated to Version 2.0: If One Dreams at Midnight, and will premiere on January 26th, so stay tuned!
