With the Version 2.6 special program announced and ready to go this Friday, it’s prime time to sneak a peek ahead! It has been 84 years since the events of the main Penacony quest, but Sunday finally arrives in HSR in Version 2.7. For those not interested in angelic vibes, there’s another fox in town forth looking for: Fugue, a new version of everyone’s beloved Amicassador Tingyun.
Sunday – 5-star Imaginary Harmony
Together with his sister Robin, Sunday had been one of the driving figures behind the Penacony plot. His fate was left purposefully vague as the Trailblaze Mission came to its conclusion, but now he’s back in all his angelic glory. Mr. Chicken Wings is the newest limited Harmony unit, the first male at that, and the latest addition to the Imaginary boy club.
The dream of the Order has dissipated, yet there are still those who will not give up on their original intent.— The traveler whose wings were clipped… whereto shall his footsteps lead?
“There’s always a paradise that needs to be built. That vow is like the sun in the sky — perhaps I’ll melt and fall before reaching it… But some hardships I must endure.”
Stay tuned to see his kit once HoYoverse is ready to reveal. It will be interesting to see what sets him apart from other staple units: Bronya, Ruan Mei, Sparkle and his own sister, Robin.

Fugue – 5-star Fire Nihility
If I had a nickel each time Honkai: Star Rail introduced a 5-star Fire Nihility Foxian from the Xianzhou, I’d have 2 nickels. Which is not much, but it’s weird that it happened twice, and so quickly! Heavily hinted at in the end of Version 2.5’s main quest, Tingyun returns under the new alias of Fugue, having changed her rarity and element & Path combo to 5-star Fire Nihility.

A tactful foxian girl, whose appearance, name, and identity have all been stolen. The fates have left her a thread of chance at survival, yet the brand of Destruction still writhes with anticipation. The one in a fugue who has experienced life and death and is given a new life… when would she be able to return home?
Let’s hope that this firefox returned from the dead to be the savior of the DOT-archetype, which is in dire need of its own support.
