Kafka’s banner and with it Honkai Star Rail Version 1.2 Phase 2 is almost upon us! Developer HoYoverse has taken to the official HoYolab account to outline the upcoming events and banners.
Once the currently active of Blade is over, it will be time for another Stellaron Hunter to shine. Kafka is a 5-star Lightning/Nihility character whose kit revolves around applying Shock and triggering existing damage-over-time effects (DOTs) on enemies, so she is naturally a great partner for Sampo:
- When: August 9 to August 29.
- Characters: 5-star: Kafka (Lightning/Nihility). 4-stars: Luka (Physical/Nihility), Sampo (Wind/Nihility) and Serval (Lightning/Erudition).
- Weapons: 5-star: Kafka’s signature Light Cone “Patience Is All You Need” (Nihility). 4-stars: Resolution Shines As Pearls of Sweat (Nihility), Eyes of the Prey (Nihility), The Birth of the Self (Erudition).
Version 1.2 Phase 2 Events Include:
- Underground Treasure Hunt (August 9 to August 28) – a total of 5 ruins can be unlocked in this event. By exploring the different areas of the ruins, Trailblazers can receive a number of rewards including Self-Modeling Resin, Stellar Jades and more.
- Kafka’s Companion Mission “Letter from a Strange Woman”.
- Realm of the Strange (August 19 to August 26) – during the event, challenge Caverns of Corrosion to earn double rewards. The number of daily double reward opportunities is limited and can be viewed on the event page.
