Developer HoYoverse is back with a new announcement. HSR Version 3.5 ‘Before Their Deaths’ special program debuts on Saturday, August 2nd, on the official YouTube and Twitch channels! With such heartwarming name, the story has no chance but be the most wholesome romantic quest you’ve seen so far.
During the stream, players will be introduced to new characters Hysilens and Cerydra. There will also be an introduction to the new story, events, promocodes, and more!
The developers have also revealed that the announcements of new characters will be arriving on August 3 & August 4, after the stream has taken place. What are your bets, who do you expect to see next?

Note that while it was officially announced that Kafka and Silver Wolf will have their reruns in 3.5, but the full contents of the banners are still subject to change, as is the order of characters. Stay tuned!
Kafka and Silver Wolf also received their enhancements. And with Hysilens, the Triple DoT will be ready to shake up the meta!.. for a patch or two.
Silver Wolf’s Ultimate now hits all enemies instead of one. Additionally, her Skill prioritizes adding Weakness corresponding to the ally character in the first position for the lineup. She regenerates Energy at the start of battle and turn.
Kafka’s Skill can cause DoTs on all attack targets to immediately produce an instance of damage. Follow-up attacks’ trigger count increases and FUA’s can now explode DoTs on the targets. Original Trace effect adjusted to: when EHR of ally targets is greater than or equal to 75%, increases target’s attack by 100%.
