HYTE is making its distinctive PC case designs a little more accessible with the launch of the Y50 RGB Essential Aesthetic Case, a new mid-tower chassis that keeps several of the company’s signature design elements while cutting the price down to a much more approachable $99.99. Originally shown at Computex 2026, the Y50 RGB is built around HYTE’s familiar three-piece panoramic tempered glass design and dual-chamber layout. The case is now available in five colorways: Snow White, Pitch Black, Black Cherry, Strawberry Milk, and Taro Milk. Four ARGB fans are included, so buyers do not have to immediately start filling their shopping cart with cooling hardware.
One of the more useful additions is native support for rear-connector motherboard standards. The Y50 RGB works with conventional E-ATX, ATX, microATX, and Mini-ITX boards, while also supporting ASUS BTF, Gigabyte STEALTH, and MSI Project ZERO rear-connect configurations. Regardless of conventional or rear connection, the case provides plenty of room for high-end components, including horizontal-mounted graphics cards and up to seven full-size expansion slots. Cooling support is equally substantial, with mounting for up to nine fans. As for liquid cooling, the Y50 RGB can fit radiators measuring up to 410mm on both the top and side positions.

The included cooling setup consists of a 360mm RGB reverse-blade fan configuration on the side and a 120mm RGB rear fan, with each fan featuring eight ARGB LEDs per blade and speeds ranging from 200 to 1,500 RPM.
The Y50 RGB also incorporates stair-stepped flooring for additional customization, while its front I/O is tucked neatly into the corner of the chassis. This maintains the visual appeal HYTE is known for without pushing the case into the considerably higher price brackets occupied by some of its other designs.
For anyone building a gaming PC and more interested in spending money on the components inside the case rather than the case itself, that $99.99 price could be the Y50 RGB’s biggest selling point.
