The developer edyan.dev and Fulqrum Publishing have announced a satirical game Inquisitor Simulator. The announcement came along with a reveal trailer, featuring key game elements and offering a first look at the unserious atmosphere. The game brings dark humor to the table, but not only that. It raises some more serious questions about humanity and faith.
Inquisitor Simulator is a first person simulator, where players take a role of an agent faithful to the church. They take over the monastery, where alchemy and strong beliefs comes hand in hand with creative interrogation and questionable morale. However, someone also should run the monastery itself. Players have to restore the holy base, assign tasks to the fellow monks and maintain order.

- Faithful Warrior: Players become an Inquisitor overseeing a remote monastery.
- Interrogation and Judgment: A range of interrogation techniques and rituals exist for assessing suspects.
- Alchemy System: A crafting system with multiple recipes for making remedies, experimental mixtures, and other substances.
- Supernatural Threats: Five major threats and various lesser hostile entities. Each requires different tactics
- Monastery Management: Players restore buildings, assign monks to roles, gather resources, and maintain order and cleanliness.
- Consequences: Player decisions influence the monastery’s outcome, ranging from continued operation to total failure.
