Owlcat subsidiary META Publishing and developer Pokuch have kicked off a new public playtest for Blind Descent, the upcoming sci-fi survival game set below the surface of Mars. But that is not all, the team also shared exciting news: Mass Effect composer Jack Wall as well as Call of Duty: Black Ops composer Jim Lordeman will contribute several pieces of music to the game.
The new trailer that you can find above shows what the new playtest has to offer and gives a first impression of Jack Wall’s and Jim Lordeman’s music for the game.
The playtest lasts approximately 3 hours, depending on your playstyle and how deeply you explore, and is available in English, Turkish, Chinese and Russian. The developers are considering additional languages for the full launch based on community interest, so share your opinions! The playtesters are free to stream, create and share content about their adventures in the Martian jungle.
