Promise Mascot Agency launches across consoles and PC on 10 April 2025.
Kaizen Game Works has announced that the utterly chaotic Promise Mascot Agency is coming to PC, via Steam and Epic games Store, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch on April 10th, 2025. The news dropped alongside a new trailer that debuted at as part of IGN Fan Fest, giving us a look at what happens when the minds behind Paradise Killer suit up an anthropomorphic thumb and an ex-Yakuza.
Mascots are a very particular part of Japanese culture, and this introduction to the concept finds ex-yakuza legend Michi stranded in a backwater town with nothing but a Mascot Agency to his name. Join the lucky lad and assistant manager Pinky in an audacious RPG, where you’ll attempt to restore glory to a cursed Japanese town’s defunct mascot agency!
Business management might sound key to this outing, but first Michi needs to head out in his Kei Truck to recruit extremely peculiar, sentient mascots. Hire as talking Tofu or an even odder incarnations of these social miscreants and give them a job. Manage the budget and your reputation, while waiting for something to go very wrong on the job. Call on powerful hero cards to get them out of a pickle, or a tight doorway, and save their job from disaster.
In among the silliness is a dilapidated town, odd locals, and Yakuza inspired mini games that distract form the mystery behind this town. It’s all silly in the best way possible and crammed with nods to Japanese gaming icons. You’ll need to have a look at the trailer and maybe try the free demo to see just why we’re looking forward to the Promise Mascot Agency Launch, or head over to the official website now.
