Developer Mango Factory and publisher Akupara Games have released Episode 1 of murder-mystery ADV card battler Kumitantei: Old-School Slaughter. For this occasion, the team prepared a launch trailer, presenting main characters and the key story idea of the game. Players can join the zero-sum game with a 10% limited-time discount. Moreover, developers pointed out that with each new episode, the base price will increase.
Kumitantei: Old-School Slaughter takes players to the world of mystery and murder. They take a role of a student stuck in a strange place with no escape, while survival becomes the main goal. To achieve it players must join the game of wits and blood where everyone kill, hide evidences and shift blame onto others.
The game features art style inspired by y Rumiko Takahashi’s Urusei Yatsura, 1980s anime, and classic Japanese mystery-adventure games like Danganronpa and Ace Attorney.
