Riot Cadmus and Riot RogueFool also reveal some changes coming to the Arena this Season, while DashiJador and Riot CallMeKT talk about WASD going to Ranked.
For Season 2, players are heading to the outskirts of Demacia. Prepare to follow Vayne as she hunts down demons and other vile creatures, and shares a bit about her past along the way. There will be motion comics for this fierce hunter later this Season, which overall will be a shorter one, lasting for a total of 6 patches instead of the usual 8.
The team is making the non-Prestige seasonal Pass skins direct purchase based on players’ feedback. The next Prestige skins will be Shaco and LeBlanc, followed by Veigar in Season 3. Other skins coming this Season include Rain Shepherd Ivern, PROJECT: Quinn, Breadsticks Irelia, and Spaghetti alla Vel’Koz.
This Season will introduce some quality of life adjustments to role quests, starting work to expand build diversity for champions, bringing back some familiar Runes, removing some old items, and adding some new ones. The next new champion will be a mid-lane, AP Assassin.
