League of Legends’ Pabro and Meddler take part in the latest video dev update to talk about how the Season 1 gameplay changes have landed, some updates to MMR distribution, an update on ARAM: Mayhem, and answer some of the players’ most frequently asked questions. Riot Memurr and Pabro talk about the studio’s approach to Shyvana’s update.
Overall, the team is satisfied with the way Season 1 changes have been landing after certain adjustments. The developers are monitoring the performance of Faelights and the power levels of some roles.
Following the return of Hextech Gunblade and Stormrazor, the team is open to player feedback about items they would like to see return in the future.
The team also implemented some adjustments to MMR distribution to address issues at the bottom and top of the Ranked ladder.
Last but certainly not least, Shyvana’s update will be going live next patch. The developers worked with the character’s mains to preserve the things they loved about her design and character, and make improvements to address their areas of feedback. Additionally, all of Shyvana’s skins will be available, and she will have an exclusive Leg Day Bundle for a limited time.
