Lope Wildly Toward Warframe’s Latest Prime Access With Voruna Prime

Digital Extremes is back with another Prime drop, and this one leans hard into Warframe’s darker, more mythic side. Voruna Prime is now live across all platforms in Warframe, bringing the wolven huntress into the spotlight with a gold-trimmed upgrade and a kit built for stalking, striking, and disappearing before enemies even realize what hit them.

Voruna Prime takes everything that made the original frame unique and sharpens it. Players stepping into her role are embracing a long-forgotten guardian of Lua, a pack leader fused with the spirits of her fallen wolf companions. It’s a strange, grim bit of Warframe lore, but it fits perfectly with how she plays. This is a frame built around instinct and aggression.

In combat, Voruna Prime is all about momentum. She can spread status effects quickly, slip into invisibility for repositioning, and summon a spectral wolf companion to fight alongside her. Her mobility is a standout, with the ability to drop to all fours and hunt targets down or launch into a long-range pounce that closes gaps in an instant. It’s a kit that rewards constant movement and aggressive play rather than sitting back and trading shots.

As expected, the Prime version comes with boosted stats, including higher armor, increased energy, faster sprint speed, and an extra Madurai polarity slot for more flexible builds. Visually, she gets the full Prime treatment with ornate gold detailing layered over her already feral design.

She’s not arriving alone, either. This Prime Access cycle includes her signature weapons, the Perigale Prime rifle and the Sarofang Prime axe, giving players a full loadout that complements her hit-and-run playstyle. On the cosmetic side, Digital Extremes is leaning into the premium flair with items like the Hanteler Prime Syandana, Okuri Tails Prime Ephemera, and additional ship decorations and boosters bundled into higher-tier packs.

For players who prefer to earn rather than buy, the usual Warframe loop still applies. Voruna Prime and her gear can be crafted for free by collecting Void Relics, gathering blueprints and components, and building everything in the Foundry. For those who want instant access, Prime Access packs are available through platform storefronts and the official site.

Alongside the Prime launch, Nightwave is also making a return with Nora’s Mix: Time Tempests. The latest rotation brings a fresh set of daily and weekly challenges, along with rewards that range from armor bundles to cosmetics and emotes, giving players even more reasons to log in while the hunt is fresh.

Voruna Prime doesn’t just add another frame to the roster, it reinforces Warframe’s ongoing push toward faster, more aggressive playstyles. If you like your builds mobile, lethal, and just a little unhinged, this one’s worth tracking down.
