Master Replicas Adds U.S.S. Discovery and U.S.S. Shenzhou to Starship Library

Master Replicas is expanding its Star Trek Starship Library with two new additions that beam straight out of the Discovery era. The U.S.S. Discovery NCC-1032 and U.S.S. Shenzhou NCC-1227 are now available for pre-order, each priced at $34.99.

Both ships follow the established format of the Starship Library series. The models measure between 4 and 5 inches and are crafted in die-cast metal, giving them a bit of weight and presence despite their compact size. Each release also includes a 48-page reference book that dives into the ship’s design origins, in-universe history, onboard technology, and its on-screen legacy.

In a nice collector-focused touch, the book slides directly into the display base. The result is a clean, all-in-one presentation that keeps the model and its lore together without adding extra clutter to a shelf.

The U.S.S. Discovery represents Starfleet’s experimental Crossfield-class vessel, best known for its revolutionary spore drive. That tech, which allowed instantaneous travel across the galaxy, made Discovery one of the most ambitious ships in Starfleet history and a centerpiece of the modern Star Trek television era.

The U.S.S. Shenzhou, meanwhile, carries major narrative weight. Commanded by Captain Philippa Georgiou, the ship was at the center of the pivotal first contact incident with the Klingon Empire that set off the Federation-Klingon war in Star Trek: Discovery. For fans of that series, it is a foundational piece of the timeline.

These two ships mark the latest wave in what Master Replicas describes as an expanding Starship Library range, with additional collector releases planned through 2026 and beyond. Pre-orders are live now, making them easy pickups for longtime Trekkies or thoughtful gifts for the collector who already has most of the fleet.

Live long and collect.
