Developer Blizzard Entertainment announced that World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria Classic kicked off PvP Season 12.
Mists of Pandaria Classic, the latest chapter of the Classic adventure in World of Warcraft, fully launched a week ago on July 22. Players could venture into the mist and explore the continent of Pandaria, take advantage of the new level cap, and brave the newly opened dungeons.
For those who want to slow down and savor the life, as is the Pandaren motto, there’s also the Sunsong Ranch in the Valley of the Four Winds, and the professions-driven Tillers.
However, if you’re into the “war” part of Warcraft, PvP Season 12 is there just for you. Head out to the two new 10-men battlegrounds, the Temple of Kotmogu & Silvershard Mines, or jump into the two new Arenas, Tol’viron and Tiger’s Peak.
Within Arenas, Battlegrounds, and Rated Battlegrounds, any PvE item above item level 473 is scaled down. PvP items like Conquest Weapons at item level 483 are not affected and keep their full power.
However, new additions don’t stop here. The first MoP Raid, Mogu’shan Palace, opens its doors on July 31. Whether you enjoy leveling and collecting, duking it out with other players or taking down PvE endgame, it’s the perfect time to play.
