Capcom has released the final free update for the co-op action adventure Monster Hunter Wilds. The update is now live on all platforms, with a download size of 15 GB. Aside from the new content, the update brings bug fixes, performance improvements, and technical tweaks.
However, the story of Monster Hunter Wilds doesn’t end here. The developers say that the next massive expansion for the game is currently in development. The team promises to create an even more immersive experience for players. More details about upcoming changes will be announced starting this summer.
Ver.1.041 Update Overview
New Arch-Tempered Monsters
Permanent event introduces 10★ Arch-tempered monsters, starting with Arch-tempered Arkveld. This quest becomes available from February 18 (UTC). Moreover, a Free Challenge Quest will follow on March 19 (UTC).
Design Contest Rewards
Winning entries from the Original Weapon and Pendant Design Contest are now available by completing the event quest Every Hunter’s Dream.
Monster Hunter Stories 3 Collaboration
The Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection collaboration event grants Palico equipment designed after Rudy the Royal Palico, along with Monstie-themed pendants.
