Feel good direct-to-consumer showcase Wholesome Direct is back on 7 June.
Get ready for a delightful romp through some of the best feel-good fun in gaming when the glorious Wholesome Direct returns to screens on 7 June. The team at Wholesome Games, the independent curation platform and the publisher has announced that we’re getting a digital showcase on Saturday, June 7, 2025, starting at 9:00 AM Pacific, 12:00 PM Eastern, streaming a selection of about 60 emotionally resonant titles, news, and a bunch of awesome indies.
We might not normally announce live streams with so much fervor, but this YouTube and Twitch presentation has consistently been an impressive showcase. After sifting through nearly 1500 submissions, expect news and surprises from incredible teams including Playstack, btf Games, ustwo Games, Wētā Workshop, Electric Saint, and many more. Audiences will also hear updates on Wholesome Games Presents titles Is This Seat Taken? and MakeRoom, and a yet-to-be-revealed partnership.
Continuing the good feels, Wholesome Direct merch sales will go towards charity partner Point of Pride. The independent non-profit helps support and saving trans lives through access to gender-affirming care. It’s particularly prescient, given the current political climate for a marginalized minority in society.
