The Dreamotion studio announced a release window for the heartwarming adventure My Little Puppy. The story of friendship that lasts beyond the mortal shell boundaries comes to PC this November. However, the console players will have to wait until the Q1 2026. Meanwhile, the developers shared the new story trailer and prepared the playable demo for everyone to try.
My Little Puppy tells a story of a Welsh Corgi Bong-gu, a once lonely dog. Abandoned by the previous owner, he kept spending his days in the shelter, as no one wanted an old eight years old dog. Yet, one day an awkward and scruffy man found him by miracle, and Bong-gu found new family. Since then, his remaining days were filled with love and happiness, until he departed to dog’s heaven. “There is a saying that when you depart from this world, the dog who went ahead will warmly welcome you.” One day Bong-gu catches the scent of his owner again and here starts his journey. The end of it is already predetermined – Bong-gu will meet his dad one way or another.
The game takes players on the journey through the heavens, where dog’s and their owners meet for the happy ever after. There they can meet many characters and hear their stories. Some of them might appear familiar, as even a John Wick reunited with his beloved friend there.
Developers describe the game like:
My Little Puppy may be a story about a dog, but it is also a story of relationships, farewells, and reunions that speaks to us all. For those waiting to see their once-in-a-lifetime friend or family member again, or those preparing for an inevitable parting that may come, we hope this story brings warm comfort. One day, we will meet again.
