New Star GP Accelerates into Early Access on 8th August.

New Star GP is set to bring retro-styled racing to Early Access on 8th August 2023

New Star games has announced that racers can start their engines soon. New Star GP is set o come hurtling onto PC screens when it begins Early Access in under a month. The retro themed sim is also going to bring elite motorsport polygons to consoles. PlayStation®4, Nintendo Switch and Xbox One will line up on the grid later this year.

The Early Access version of new Star GP is a full throttle motorsport game that leans into the retro arcade ideals of the early F1 titles. Iconic venues form the 80’s and 90’s will complete a roster of 56 individual races. The likes of like Brisbane, Quebec and Côte D’Azur will feature from the off. Of course, you can expect the high quality, hard edged graphics that are synonyms with a retro aesthetic, while a chunky soundtrack blast away in the background. Think Hotshot Racing with a little less arcade and a very different set of machines.

The first version of New Star GP will eventually evolve, and Career Mode should include future decades of racing along with new cars, locations, tracks and rivals. Whether you plan to lead the board solo or with up to three other players, the important thing is to go fast. You can Wishlist New Star GP on steam now or check out the speed machines in the latest gameplay trailer before heading back to Monaco.
