Developer ION LANDS is back with the latest January development update for cyberpunk life sim Nivalis. The team revealed that they’re hard at work polishing all the features shown over the past months, and the implementation of VO is steadily moving forward.
“It’s been a huge task, but finally giving a voice to 135+ characters, both main and secondary, has truly added an extra layer of immersion we were aiming for. Seeing Nivalis come alive like this has been incredibly rewarding for us, and we can’t wait to share it with you.”
The developers have also acknowledged the players’ frustration with the lack of a new devlog and clear release date. The team admitted that it is really important for them to communicate the precise Nivalis date, but a few final pieces of the puzzles need to fall in place before then.
