No Rest for the Wicked Leaves Early Access

The developers from Moon Studios GmbH have announced that action RPG No Rest for the Wicked leaves Early Access. After two years the game finally receives a 1.0 version, facing its full launch. The dark adventure begins this October on PC (Steam) and PlayStation 5. However, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2 players will have to wait a bit longer, as the release date for these platforms wasn’t named yet.

No Rest for the Wicked is creation of the award-winning creators of Ori series. The game offers a dark fantasy adventure with a dynamic battles and souls-like elements. Players can face monsters alone or explore the world in a team up to 4 players.

Version 1.0 Content

  • New Content: 60+ hours of additional content
  • Total Playtime: Approximately 100 hours
  • Areas: 15+ hand-crafted regions
  • New Modes: Horde mode
  • New Enemies: Additional bosses and enemy types
  • Class System: Completely reimagined progression system allowing playstyle customization
  • Multiplayer: Persistent private realms where the world evolves even offline
  • Story: Final story arc with hand-crafted cinematic scenes
  • Endgame: New endgame activities for dedicated players
  • Crossplay and Cross-save: Full crossplay and cross-save between PC and console at launch

Moreover, until July 10, 2026, the players still have a chance to get a get upgrade to the exclusive Founders Pack at no additional cost. The rewards will become available at the version 1.0 launch. The Early Access Founders Pack includes exclusive hand-crafted hideout, unique sword, special tag and access to future beta testing.
