Outward 2 — Check Out New Gameplay Trailer

Nine Dots Studio has presented a new gameplay trailer for the upcoming single-player RPG Outward 2. The video demonstrates the hardships the players can face through the fantasy adventure, focusing on the battle tactics. The developers name retreat as the smartest tactic possible, yet not every encounter can be avoided. The players have to prepare for every battle, thinking out the strategy beforehand and preparing the items in advance. In this dark fantasy, no one is here to assist, and the life of the adventurer depends on their own actions.

Outward 2 is an action RPG with survival elements. The game is an ultimate adventure simulator where every experience is designed to be deeply human. Every challenge is relatable, every problem is believable. The players don’t take the role of another hero or chosen one, but craft their own story in the dark fantasy world.

Key Game Features

  • Flexible Combat: Seamless transitions between dodge, roll, attack, block, and skills. Dual-wield various weapon combinations. Enemies are stronger; strategy and preparation matter.
