Ironwood Studios and Kepler Interactive have announced Whisper in the Woods, an upcoming expansion to Pacific Drive. New content will expand the Olympic Exclusion Zone as found in the base game. The expansion is expected to launch later this year, though no release window has been announced. Whisper in the Woods is headed to PlayStation 5 and PC via Epic Games Store and Steam.
WitW is a brand new story as players traverse its haunting locations in their handy dandy station wagon. The woods are marked with strange symbols and effigies, clear signs of some occult activity. There are mysteries to uncover and dangers to avoid. New Artifacts will add bizarre and inexplicable new effects.
The announcement came along with a new trailer that offers viewers a peek into the spooky world of the Olympic Exclusion Zone.
