Mainframe Industries has opened time-limited free access to the medieval MMORPG Pax Dei. The players can try the main content of the game, including base building and Premium status. However, the test period lasts only eight days, from 20 to 28 January. For now, the game is available for download on Steam.
During the free period, there won’t be any limits for players. They can explore the world, uncovering its mysteries, decorate their own lands, and enjoy the adventure with their friends. Moreover, the developers give access to special Grace points and offer a taste of all Premium edition bonuses.
However, this would be too good to be true without a catch. When the time-limited offer expires, the players will face a choice to lose part of their progress or purchase the game. After 28 January, there will be only two days to buy the game and preserve all achievements, including the island. Otherwise, the lands and the building site, and all structures will be deleted. However, the character progress and the resources won’t disappear and can be restored after purchasing the game at any time.
