The developers from Sad Cat Studios have confirmed that retro styled platformer Replaced will receive a Demo. The indie cyberpunk action game will be available for a free trial on Steam starting February 11. The full version is preparing to launch on 12 March 2026. The game will be available on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG), Xbox Series, including Game Pass.
Replaced is a 2.5 platformer, featuring cinematic exploration and free flow action. The story takes place in alternate America of the 1980s, where an evil corporation guards its secrets. Human lives there are currency, while law is but a written rule no one follows. The players get into the shoes of an AI, trapped in a human body. Rebelling against its creators R.E.A.C.H aims to shatter this flawed word and find the purpose behind its creation.
