Developer Bluepoch is back with a new trailer for Reverse: 1999 – Version 3.1: The Midnight Whistle, arriving December 11. A young Foundation investigator, a stern train conductress, and a flutist bound by old folklore—their lives cross by chance, and by inevitability, upon snow-covered tracks. Before dawn arrives, all secrets are laid to rest here.

Version 3.1 introduces two new characters, Rubuska and Corvus, who will have their debut banners during the update. Timekeepers will also be able to take advantage of the Ripples on the Water banner, allowing you to choose one of the featured 6-stars – Argus, A Knight, Eternity, Ezra, Medicine Pocket – for the rate-up.
If you aren’t interested in the characters above, the update also features a number of reruns: Kiperina, Aleph, and the Covenant of the Water banner:

On the last day of 1999, the “Storm” fell upon the world. You witnessed an era reversed beneath the rising raindrops. Defying all reasons, what unfolds in front of you is the world of an era long past.
As the Timekeeper, observer of eras, you are free to travel through these eras after each “Storm.” With the aid of Sonetto, a powerful Arcanist and ally from the Foundation, your mission is to travel through eras to where the “Storm” is most active, find other Arcanists who can sense the coming “Storm,” and save them from being “sifted out” of the timeline.
