Ubisoft has announced that Riders Republic is free to play from October 9th to 13th in celebration of the launch of Season 16. Throughout the weekend, players can participate in the full game, including checking out the newly added dirt bikes. In addition, anyone purchasing the game during or after the free event will find all of their progress saved. It’s a great time to consider purchasing the game as well. Steep discounts have been applied with various versions of the game up to 75% off.
Season 16 Additions and Events
- Unlock Dirt Bikes: Rip up the track and leap gracefully through the air on two wheels as you try out the Dirt Bike for free in one of 10 dedicated events in the LAB. The Dirt Bike can be purchased in the in-game store as a standalone item or as part of the Year 4 Pass.
- Seasonal Events: Celebrate four years of thrills, spills, and chaos on the hills with a special anniversary event!
- During the week of October 22, you’ll be able to complete a variety of challenges to win some crazy, fan-favorite Funkies.
- The following week, starting October 29, it’s time to get spooky with pumpkin collecting and some Halloween-themed outfits to show off in the chillingly themed Riders Ridge.
- Then, during the week of November 5, you’ll be able to take part in a special event to raise awareness of forest fires in association with the UN’s Green Game Jam. Race through a charred forest to hit checkpoints and put out the fires, restoring the environment to its former glory.
- Lastly, don’t forget to claim your daily gifts between December 1 and 24 with the Riders Holiday Calendar.
- New Mass Race XL: Previously, Mass Races featured a leaderboard that kept track of your score over three different tracks. Now, it’s increasing to five! That means that, even if you fumble a race, you still have four more chances to come back and rise up through the ranks.
- New Additions to the Park Creator: Improvements have been made to the Park Creator, with the ability to select and edit multiple objects at once, new colors to make your parks pop, and new objects and obstacles (incl. Speed/Slow gates) to add challenge and excitement to your creations.
