The developers from Beartwigs and publisher Three Friends celebrate the launch of action-adventure Romestead in Early Access on Steam. To mark this day, the team released a brand-new trailer featuring gameplay elements and the main story idea. The developers want to hear players’ feedback and improve the game experience before the full release. Hotfixing for immediate issues will be prioritized following launch, after which a steady patch schedule will be established.
Romestead is an action-adventure survival game set in the historical era following the fall of the Roman Empire. Players gather resources, build towns, fight enemies, and reconnect with the gods. The game combines exploration, town-building, and city management. Daytime focuses on adventure and exploration, while nighttime offers more calm gameplay, such as farming and decoration. The game supports both solo and co-op modes up to 8 players.

- Physical Resource Management: Heavy resources exist as physical objects in the world. Players can pick up, carry, throw, and haul lumber and rocks.
