Hannah and Joseph Games has announced a release date for the isometric RPG Banquet for Fools. The game remains in Early Access since 2024, and earned positive players reviews. Now the game is prepared to face its full launch, while the developers promise major content expansion on the release. Banquet for Fools takes its final shape on 26 February 2026, along with the 6.0 version update.
The release version promises new locations, story expansion and dangerous foes. Meanwhile, the playable Demo is available on Steam.
Banquet for Fools takes players to the island Invimona. Answering the call of a local ruler, the team of adventurers has to investigate a mysterious event. The people of the nearby village disappeared without a trace, and before the same fate overtook the entire island, the heroes must find the source of this danger. The players can gather a team of four characters before embarking on the journey. The team stats and characteristics influence how the world interacts with the party and reacts to the players actions.
