For that slice of cash, players are promised a traditionally epic quest, plenty of diverse dungeons to trek through, and an interesting mix of heroes to send into battle.
Players taking up the sword will play as an Awakener, summoned by the Twelve Gods of Therad. These heroes are the tip of the spear against demonic incursions. Delving into another realm to fight back invading problems, the warriors will encounter a diverse range of unique experiences and plenty of things that want to strike you down.
Leaning into the third person action combat end of dark fantasy rogue-likes, this isn’t quite Elden Ring of Lords of the Fallen. Instead, players can weld powerful characters with a range of unique abilities when tackling content. No need to build up from nothing. The sword-and-shield warrior Gerasso, the sword dancer Henrik, and the vanguard Sora all have their own play styles, each of which can be customized using looted equipment, artefacts, and holy relics. Whether you just want to sword and board or going aerial, it’s up to you.
