Joker Studio and NetEase Games have announced the dates for the closed alpha test recruitment for their ambitious project, Sea of Remnants. To apply for a chance to participate, interested players can fill out the recruitment form and wait for an invitation. However, not everyone will be granted access. Only the most qualified and motivated captains will receive the invitation to the “Wanderer Test.” The recruitment period will run from January 8 to January 22, 2026. The closed alpha test will take place from February 5 to February 12, 2026.
Sea of Remnants is an RPG set in the visually stunning world of pirates and oceans. Players take the role of a puppetfolk sailor, seeking lost memories. On this quest, they have to brave the treacherous sea waters, battle bizarre monsters, and meet quirky companions. Building their own fleet and gathering crew, the players will shape the fate of the pirate city. Moreover, every choice they make will affect the life of Orbtopia.
