Developer Clockwork Pile and publisher Retrovibe have announced a strategy game, Shardpunk 2. This sequel to Shardpunk faithfully carries on the spirit of the original, taking its core, celebrated experience and elevating it to new heights. The strong positive reception and warm welcome from the community for the first game were the key inspirations for the developers to embark on this follow-up project.
Currently in deep development, Clockwork Pile, has already promised that an alpha demo will be available soon. In the meantime, they are committed to sharing their progress regularly through developer logs.
Shardpunk 2 is a turn-based strategy, blending the outpost management to the genre. Set at the Empire ruins, the game tells the story of the humanity’s fight for the future. The players take control over the outpost, dispatching teams to gather resources and prepare for the ever-growing threats.
