Konami has announced the release of the 1.11 Patch for the horror survival Silent Hill f. The update is already available for downloading on all platforms and brings the game to version v1.2.382755. The developers’ improved the quality of life and focused on the New Game+ experience. Moreover, the update, fixes known bugs which prevented the achievement completion.
Most notably, the developers fixed the Red Capsule mechanic in New Game+. In previous versions, players had to avoid all capsules for an entire replay to unlock a specific ending. Now, if a player meets the “no capsule usage” condition at a designated story checkpoint, the game removes all remaining capsules for that playthrough.
Patch Notes
- System Changes (All Platforms): New Game+ Red Capsule Adjustment: On a New Game+ run, obtaining the front door keys to Shu’s house without using any Red Capsules will now remove all Red Capsule placements.
- Bug Fixes (All Platforms): Achievement Fix: Resolved an issue where the “No One Left Behind” achievement would not unlock when playing on the Casual action difficulty. Various other minor bugs have fixes.
- PC-Specific Update (Steam / Epic / Microsoft Store / GOG): The LICENSE.txt file included with the base game installation has been updated. Changes include license information for previously unlisted development tools.
