The developers from Wych Elm and publisher Team17 have revealed a release date for the upcoming horror metroidvania Silver Pines. The announcement came along with the brand-new trailer, featuring the game’s dark disturbing atmosphere. The game is preparing to launch on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and Switch 1|2 at 8 October 2026. Meanwhile, the demo version is already available for everyone for free.
The story of Silver Pines follows private investigator Red Walker, who is stuck in the town. His adventure starts with a strange request to find a missing musician. The case appears to be more complicated than the detective thought. As the investigation progresses, he reveals the dark secrets of the past, slipping into nightmares beyond his control.
