Small farms and city cats make an adorable combination in Snacko
In between Vice City’s latest, a ton of new adorable adventures have hit the headlines. Snacko is just the latest cute getaway to lob itself into Early Access, and I’m off to the farm. Announced as part of the Wholesome Snack: The Game Awards Edition showcase today, this PC launch means players can escape the bright lights of the big city and try their hand at a pawsome new tale.
In Snacko, players will join Momo, a former city kitty as they ditch the 9-5 grind and go out to the country for a new life. Accompanied by best friend Mikan, this purple feline is ready to just kick back and enjoy an easy time in the grasslands. That’s all before they find a mysterious curse, monsters, shrines, and even an ancient goddess getting in the way of every day farming. Anybody taking on this cute 2.5D design and gorgeous animation will find they still need to complete the daily chores. Rejuvenate the dilapidated towns and unwelcoming landscape by raising crops, exploring distant locations, and completing tons of tasks. Pet fluffy cows, lamas, fish, camp, play, build new facilities, and decorate your home however you please. There’s tons more to do and it’s all incredibly cute. If you like a bit of Disney Dreamlight or even Calico, then this seems like a wonderful option to get away form the cold winter storms.
