Coming in at around £17.99 or local equivalent, the console version of this detective sim is an eclectic mix of noir novella, mind boggling puzzles, and strategic moves, all to get the perp and put them in the slammer. Aside from my ongoing use of outdate policing slang, you can also expect to drop into a city rife with crime. Playing as ex-cop Jim Baylor, you’ll need to manage an up-and-coming security agency full of unique agents. Each one of these potential heroes brings their own skillset and personality to the job, but it’s more than a case of managing personalities. While you polish the veneer of Seneca City and keep criminals where they belong, you might find something else far more sinister going on.
Navigating a city steeped in the midst of social upheaval, you and your agents wont be oblivious to the political extremes, economic expansion, greed, oppression, and unrest that ran through the 1980s.
