Star Wars: Battlefront II Heads Into The Clone Wars

During the EA Play Conference held during the course of E3 2018, the Star Wars: Battlefront II team has revealed that the game will receive a new number of heroes and villains harkening back to the fan favourite era: the Clone Wars.

Among others, players will be able to get Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, Count Dooku and General Grievous.

Additionally, there will be a mode involving capture points and attacking capital ships as well as a new Squad system that allows to party up with the friends and hop into the games easily.

Star Wars Battlefront 2 is a multiplatform first-person shooter with RPG elements developed by EA Dice and published by Electronic Arts. Unlike its predecessor, Battlefront 2 features a single-player campaign taking place between Return of the Jedi and Force Awakens. Players will take on a role of one of the “nobler heroes” of the Empire, elite Stormtrooper Iden Versio. During the war, Iden was given command of Inferno Squadron.
