Tales of Kenzera: ZAU is Out Now

Tales of Kenzera: ZAU, the astonishing Metroidvania from EA is out now and it has a vibrant new launch trailer.

Get ready for something that hits a little differently with the launch of a Metroidvania that takes its own path. Available now across PC and Console, Tales of Kenzera: ZAU is a glorious exploration of grief and hope all wrapped up in a platforming Metroidvania that manages to break the mold. If you haven’t been caught up on all the hype then check out the latest trailer for this new adventure.

Initially announced at the Game Awards, this is the first game from the team at Surgent Studios but starts from a great position thanks to EA. Unlike EA’s normal mix of shooting and sports, Zau is a poignant single-player story. Playing as Zau, players traverse a realm full of wonder and danger. You’ll explore a beautiful world drawing on continents and cultures rarely given prominence in big-budget games. It’s a refreshing look for a genre mired in dark fantasy dungeons.

Throughout this adventure, Zau wields the powers of the un and the Moon to defeat restless spirits to defeat restless spirits, some small, some huge boss battles. As the protagonist, you must move forward and try to bring life back to the land of Kenzera. It might all sound a little familiar, but check out the trailer and then go grab this unique experience over on the official website. Tales of Kenzera: ZAU is available on Xbox, PlayStation, PC, and Nintendo Switch platforms now.
