Developer ACE Entertainment and publisher Fireshine Games have revealed that Yokai adventure Tales of Seikyu will be coming to Early Access on May 21.
Seikyu — an island haven hidden far from the human world — is a sanctuary full of Yokai residents who can freely express themselves in human form. Settle down in your homeland, help expand the town, and uncover the secrets of this island and your long-lost family. Using your Fox Clan heritage, shapeshift into magical Yokai forms to take care of your homestead and explore the world! Soar freely in the skies of Seikyu as the Crow Tengu, dive deep for sunken treasure as a slime, or till the ground of your farm as a boar.
Bringing the game to Early Access will allow the team to develop the game with the community’s interests in mind. Tales of Seikyu will remain in EA for around a year, with the full version having extra chapters to expand the world and story of Seikyu with additional heart events and relationship stages for NPCS. Players can also expect to unlock new areas, features and NPCs.
