Producer Yusuke Tomizawa from Bandai Namco, known for the Tales of series, shared some news about the future of the Tales of Xillia. In the recent interview for Weekly Famitsu, he confirmed that the second game of Xilia chapter is already in development. Tales of Xillia 2 joins the line of planned remasters, and the official announcement is behind the corner.
According to Tomizawa, right now several teams are working on the Tales of projects. Moreover, right now there are more than two games of the series in the development. While being on the different production stages, they make good progress and the announcements will happen as soon as they are ready. However, the main goal is stays the same as always – make players happy with good games.
Tales of Xillia 2 Remastered currently stays in active development. As the team believes that the games should be shown only when they are ready, thus the news will appear as soon as they are ready. Meanwhile, the first game remaster is preparing for its global launch. This definitive remaster brings back the classic tale of Jude and Milla with improved visuals, autosave, an encounter toggle, and more than 40 original DLC.
