Riot is set to bring back a music themed game mode when Revival: Remix Rumble comes to Teamfight Tactics in May 2025.
Players out on the battlefield might want to crank up the action in May. Riot’s massive PC strategy game that isn’t LoL, is set to bring back a musically themed limtied game mode on 14 may. Running right up until 29 July 2025, and the 4th set revival that long term players will have experienced, this repeat revitalizes a familiar mode, champions, and more.
Taking centre stage soon, the revival brings the hugely popular 10th set to the Convergence, and features fresh twists on gameplay, Augments, and enhancements to Encounters. This encore enters the arena as a limited time mode, meaning these isn’t too long to play with the following enhancements:
- New Set Revival Augments – Augments already existed when Remix Rumble first launched, but TFT will be adding more to the lineup with its revival tour. Specific Augments will be announced closer to the launch date, but players can expect remixes for traits including K/DA, True Damage, HEARTSTEEL, Pentakill and more.
- Opening Encounters – The revival will introduce opening Encounters that will kick things up a notch each game. Jhin will compose a prismatic symphony, Urgot’s mosh will be filled with crabs, and the renowned members of K/DA will give Headliners a masterclass in superstardom.
- Special Appearances by Hacks – While Headliners will spearhead the revival, Hacks – the set mechanic from TFT’s current 14th set, Teamfight Tactics: Cyber City – will surprise players with some guest appearances.
- A New Little Legend – The revival will also feature a new event pass with a very special Little Legend making its debut performance.
- Revival Ladder – Back by popular demand, the Revival Ladder progression system will continue to allow players to unlock new ranks and free rewards for both their skill and gameplay style.
