Techland has announced that Dying Light Enhanced Edition is now free to grab from the Epic Games Store. Fans can grab the acclaimed zombie shooter from EGS from now through April 13th. In addition, players who link their EGS account with Techland GG will score a special welcome back package of goodies.
To showcase why the game is so beloved by fans around the world, developers sent out a “adrenaline-pumping” trailer.
Enhanced Edition features
- Vast Open World – Roam the city with unprecedented freedom and bask in its unique atmosphere. Use parkour to scale every building and reach remote areas.
- Creative Combat – Engage in gory combat and discover limitless options to confront your enemies. Use the environment paired with various weapon types and abilities to gain an advantage.
- Day/Night Cycle – Experience the dramatic shift in the world, as you change from a hunter to hunted at sundown. Face the coming threat or run away without wasting your time looking behind.
- 4-Play Co-op – Join forces with other players and raise your chances of survival in an exciting co-op mode. Tackle the story campaign together and take part in regularly scheduled community challenges.
- Gameplay Improvements – Scavenge for resources, craft weapons and do everything to survive in a city destroyed by a zombie virus
- Modifiable Buggies – The Enhanced Edition features new open areas with fully modifiable buggy vehicles. They can be deadly weapons and help players discover the secret behind the Children of the Sun cult.
- Season Pass Content – The Enhanced edition includes all content released in the first year of post-launch support. This includes the multiplayer “Be the Zombie” mode and the Bozak Horde alongside other missions, exclusive items, and more
